We will book a courier to collect from your door, anywhere in South Africa. Please make sure the phone is packed securely before you hand it to the courier.

No upfront payment

You don't pay anything when the courier collects, all costs are settled once the phone is with us, before or after repair. We will never begin repairs without first agreeing on a cost estimate with you.

Simple, flat-rate fee

The courier fee is R150 total, this covers door collection AND door delivery back to you after the repair. No hidden costs, no surprises. Note: unless your area is classified as a high-risk area by The Courier Guy, in which case a different rate may apply, we'll confirm this with you before proceeding.

Door Collection

We book The Courier Guy to collect directly from your home or workplace. If you're in Gauteng, collection is typically overnight, book today, device arrives with us the following day.

Prefer to drop off yourself? Use a PUDO locker, found at most shopping centres and filling stations (garages) across South Africa. We'll book the drop-off on our end and send you a PIN to use at the locker.
