Common questions about our iPhone and MacBook repairs. Can't find your answer? Tap the chat button bottom-right and ask.
How repairs work, turnaround times, and what to expect.
Most iPhone repairs take 45-60 minutes. Screen replacements, battery swaps, and back glass repairs are typically same-day. Water damage and complex board-level repairs may take 2-5 business days. Walk-in customers can wait at our workshop while we work.
Screen replacements and battery swaps typically take 2-4 hours. Logic board repairs and water damage recovery may take 2-5 business days. Newer MacBook Pro models with adhered displays take longer due to careful adhesive removal work.
For most repairs (screen, battery, back glass), your data is not at risk. We recommend backing up via iCloud or to a Mac/PC anyway as standard precaution. For water damage or logic board repairs, we strongly recommend backup if you can still power on the device.
If we can't fix your device, you pay nothing. We do free diagnostics on every device. We'll explain exactly what's wrong and your options (replacement, trade-in for parts value, etc.). No labour charge if the repair isn't possible.
Walk-ins are welcome any day Mon-Sun, 09:00-18:00. Booking via WhatsApp ahead of time ensures your specific parts are in stock and ready, which speeds things up.

For walk-in repairs: pay on collection. For courier repairs: no upfront payment required. We collect, repair, then send you the final invoice. You pay before we courier the device back.
What we use and why.
We use OEM-grade parts that match Apple's original specifications: same brightness, same colour accuracy, same touch sensitivity, same battery capacity. Genuine Apple-branded parts are restricted to Apple-Authorised Service Providers, but OEM-grade parts come from the same factories Apple sources from.
Yes. Our technicians transfer the Face ID module from your original screen and recalibrate it after fitting the new panel. This is the standard technique used by all professional repair shops.
Yes, we preserve True Tone calibration where the original Display Data Programming (DDP) chip can be transferred. On models where Apple has restricted this (mainly iPhone 11+ Series via software lock), True Tone may show as unavailable post-repair. This is an Apple software restriction, not a parts issue.
OEM-grade ProMotion panels for iPhone 13/14/15 Pro and Pro Max preserve full 120Hz refresh and Always-On display. We test ProMotion on every Pro model before handing it back.
What's covered and how to claim.
The part we replaced and the labour we performed. If the screen develops dead pixels, the battery fails, the back glass cracks without impact, or the repair stops working in any way, we replace it free of charge for 180 days from your repair date. Full warranty details here.
Physical impact damage to the new part (drops, knocks), liquid damage after the repair, software issues unrelated to the part, and damage from unauthorised modifications. Wear-and-tear on cables/charging ports is not covered if your repair was a different component.
WhatsApp us with your repair invoice (we email/SMS one to you on repair day) and a description of the issue. Walk in or send via courier (we cover return courier on warranty claims). We assess and replace the part, no questions asked if it's a manufacturing or fitting issue.
