The honest small print.

No surprises. Here are the rules in plain English.

Refunds

If you can't complete the lay-by, we refund your payments minus a 10% admin fee. Final-payment customers get the full device, no fee.

Missed payments

One missed payment is fine, just WhatsApp us. Three missed payments without contact and we'll reach out before any cancellation.

Stock holding

We hold your specific device (by IMEI or serial) for the duration of the Lay-By. The price doesn't change once your agreement is signed.

Early settlement

Pay it off early any time without penalty. We process the handover the same day final payment clears.
