Common Questions

About this iPhone.

What does "Pre-Owned" mean?

A genuine second-hand iPhone, fully tested and working. Condition ranges from good to excellent, and the device may have small scratches or marks from previous use. This is a single specific unit, so message us if you would like photos of the actual device before you buy.

Will it have scratches?

Possibly. Pre-owned devices are second-hand, so light scratches or marks from normal use are common, especially on the frame and back. Anything more than light wear is priced lower or not listed at all. If cosmetic condition matters to you, ask us for photos of this exact unit.

What is the battery health?

This unit reads 88%-95% battery health in iOS Settings. It is network and iCloud unlocked.

Is the stock still available?

This is a one-of-a-kind unit. Stock changes over time, so message us to confirm it is still available before you pay. Check availability ›

Can I collect or get it couriered?

Both. Collect in-store in Vereeniging (ready to collect now - message us to confirm availability), or we courier nationwide (R150, 1-4 business days).
